The Schools of Hope Center was established in 2003 at Arunotai temple (Nong Ook) by Venerable Phramaha Virote Visutho, the abbot of the temple. The activities focus on providing more opportunities to orphans and poor children from marginalized minorities living along the Thai-Burma border. In 2011, the Schools of Hope became a registered foundation under Thai law. With your support, over 60 children were able to receive education, basic needs, health care, emotional development, ethics, and livelihood support from dedicated staffs. All the children at the School of Hope Center live in a loving and caring environment that resembles home and family.
