SITUATION UPDATE: Feburary 2022
On February 25, confirmed new cases reached 165,890 cases. The government raised the crisis alert level to the highest (level 4) to respond to COVID-19 in the country. Even though the vaccination rate is high, up to 95 percent, the confirmed cases continue to increase.
CURRENT NEEDS
- Food and livelihood support to those heavily impacted by economic constrain due to pandemic, especially for migrant and poor families
- Psychosocial support to the affected communities
- Medical care for vulnerable groups, especially elderly and workers without health insurance
