TTF's enduring focus has been on enabling and inspiring teachers, to embed great teaching practice through building internal capacity in schools. TTF also fosters a gentler, more positive and purposeful school culture for overall institutional wellbeing.Our Impact
ISELF - a Research-based educational resource developed by TTF to foster social emotional development of Indian children, using a carefully age-banded approach, from 6 years to 18 years. Winner of Edu-Impact Innovation Award by Asha for Education.The Teacher Foundation (TTF) model for teacher learning highlights the importance of collaboration with other professionals and the concept of learning over time. The face-to-face methodology in training sessions include brainstorming, group discussions, reflection & sharing, circle time, guided visualization, readings & reflection, viewing of film clips followed by discussion, debates, quizzes, worksheets, case studies and problem solving exercises. The sessions are process-oriented, interactive, collegial and rooted in the practical reality of classrooms in the India sub-continent.
